ItemEvery session begins with a brief, gentle check-in to discuss your physical needs, comfort levels, and energetic boundaries. Touch, pressure, and pacing are continuously adjusted to suit your comfort—blending therapeutic bodywork, craniosacral holds, Reiki, or foot reflexology based on what your nervous system needs description

Not at all! You do not need any prior experience with nervous system regulation, somatic practices, or energy work to benefit. Your body naturally knows how to move toward rest and balance; our sessions simply create a quiet, supportive container to facilitate that process.

Please wear comfortable, easy-to-change clothing and ensure you are hydrated before arriving. There is no need to prepare anything specific, come exactly as you are.

At Rooted Moon Wellness, We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Auto Accidents (PIP)

We accept Personal Injury Protection (PIP) auto insurance claims for qualifying motor vehicle accidents. If you plan to use your PIP coverage, please contact us before your visit so we can verify your claim details and get your intake set up.

HSA/FSA Payments
We are happy to accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for payment if your plan allows. Please note that according to IRS guidelines, these funds must be used for the treatment of a diagnosed medical condition. **Please be advised that energy healing sessions, such as Reiki, are not considered eligible medical expenses and cannot be paid for using HSA/FSA funds. By using your HSA/FSA card for other services, you verify that those sessions are part of your professional treatment plan.

Insurance & Superbills
We do not bill insurance companies directly. However, if you have "out-of-network" benefits, we can provide you with a superbill—a specialized, itemized receipt—that you can submit to your insurance provider to request potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company prior to your visit to confirm your out-of-network coverage and their specific requirements for reimbursement.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

  - Cancellations made inside the 24-hour window will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
  - Same-day cancellations or "no-shows" will be charged 100% of the service cost.
  - Emergency Clause: We understand that emergencies and sudden illnesses happen. Please reach out as soon as possible if an unexpected emergency arises.

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled time to settle in. If you are running late, please send a text. Your session will still end at its scheduled time to respect the next client's appointment, and the full service fee will apply.

If you are feeling under the weather or experiencing contagious symptoms, please do not come in. Bodywork can exacerbate symptoms, and we want to keep the studio space safe for everyone. Contact us immediately to rearrange your session.

  - Zero Tolerance: There is absolute zero tolerance for any sexual advances, inappropriate remarks, or suggestive behavior.
  - Immediate Termination: Any such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session. The client will be required to leave immediately and will be charged 100% of the service fee.
  - Future Service: A permanent ban from future bookings will be enforced, and legal authorities will be notified if necessary.
